Mr Jack
I hope everyone's had a suitably horrific Halloween; we certainly did, with one of the busiest Sundays we've had at work all year. Of course, that didn't stop Andy from getting into the spirit of things, carving the jack-o-lantern on the left this afternoon. The more eagle-eyed (and dirty-minded) among you may notice the amusing shape formed by the pumpkin's nose and mouth. It certainly didn't escape Andy, who - in an innovative celebration of the customs of All Hallow's Eve - decided to take the chunk of pumpkin he'd cut out to form that cavity, sneak into our manager's flat, and leave the offending object propped up inside her fridge in all its glory.
She found it hilarious, although I think it gave her dad, who'd popped round to visit, quite a turn when he discovered it. Honestly, anyone would think he'd never seen a pumpkin-phallus in his daughter's fridge before.
