Cliche

Kind of like how new parents have pictures of there newborn babies, I'm sure that most new DSLR users have a picture of there lens cap (or some other part of there new camera)
It is like a right of passage to take this picture.
I'm really excited.

Bad news bears though - My parents will not let it be officially mine until Dec 15th, my birthday. So, any pictures taken after this one will be with my trusty Olympus that I love so much (and has been through more than any camera should ever go through).

Obviously, I am still learning how to use it. A Nikon party is in the near future with my friend Kate. A time to sit down and go where few people have gone before - Through the manual :)
