Power Drain

Firstly, thanks to Willis for the inspiration on this one.

In giving some advice to a fellow blipper had a cracking idea for a blip.

Ok so....

Got picture, fixed colour and toning as was captured with Flash on. Sharpened the original a little to compensate for later overlay.

Created the lightning effect and masked out the edges etc.

Duplicated the layer, created an omni spotlight on the new layer then reduced the FILL value (instead of the opacity) to create the glow effect.

Any comments or suggestions greatly appreciated on this one :)
