Leader, or Follower?

As far as I can remember,
this is my first time being a mentor, a leader.

After almost seventeen years of my life...

And I actually went through an interview.
Like what friend told me, "I'll have to face it sooner or later"

And one of the comment from a Blipper,
"even if it goes awfully you learnt something"
