The best laid plans.......

Lovely day today, sunny if a bit cold. About +4 or 5 degrees. So I thought, lets get daring and go for a ride on the Bike. Good thing I tried to start her before getting into multi layers of Thermal clothing. Low temperatures, thick oil, not been run for 3 weeks or so and a 16 year old battery all combined to make a mockery of those ideas !! So after 3 attempts and the Starter Motor making an ever decreasing effort, I decided that it was not to be. So here is the Trickle Charger doing its Trickle. Leave it on over night and see what tomorrow brings. If any one wonders why a Trickle Charger, the reason is the battery fitted is only 7 ampere, and a normal car battery charger would soon get it boiling, or so the Book says.
