Sunshine ...

This was a quick pre-dinner blip! I was surprisingly organised (for once). Two pies made (Salmon en croute, Beef in beer with sweet mash), beans topped & tailed, dauphinoise potatoes prepared!

This was the village crowd (10 in total), so a late night, many bottles of beer, nine bottles of wine & a small bottle of port!

I think we were in bed for 3.00am!... luckily the clocks went back giving us an extra hour!
