Dinner in a pumpkin
Served dinner in a pumpkin to celebrate Halloween this year. it was really yummy, so much fun and I ended up with 22 cups of pureed pumpkin to bake with as an added bonus!
as a matter of fact, i made my first pumpkin bread already and it was oh so good!!
