Sandwich Extravaganza

Genius (makers of gluten free bread) are currently having a competition where you can submit your perfect sandwich filling. So, that's what I spent this lunchtime doing - here is my finished entry: classic cheese, ham & tomato sandwich with a mustard-mayonnaise twist - it didn't last for very long after I'd finished the photo shoot^^
