5.15am

Abruptly woken this morning at 5.15am with a thundering noise. The window rattling, the skylight drumming, in a sleepy slumber made it to the window to see sheets of hail coming down the road. The street had turned into a river, with water running down. Car alarms set off and as quick as it had arrived silence.

Back to bed and then took Juno up the hill for a lovel;y morning walk with company.

Work was a masterchef pudding.

Great run at lunchtime, just avoiding a downpour.

Quiet night in with the family.
