Cable Splicing

Ran into a couple of AT&T guys that needed to replace a multi-pair underground phone cable. Here's an overhead look at a day long job under a man hole.

Since it wasn't likely that they were going to let me down I used a monopod upside down with a electronic wired camera remote. After setting the ISO to 1600 I laid on the ground and held the monopod down into the man hole some 4 to 5 feet and shot away...
