This is Ronald or Rono to his friends.

He calls here most days collecting for Business Post, our courier.

He works from the Milton Keynes depot but tells me he comes from Zimbabwe.

I said, Ronald that is a very long journey to get to work every day, no ,no, no boss, he said l live in Milton Keynes as well innit .

I think the joke was over his head.

Today when he opened the door to the office the conversation went something like this.

Hello boss innit, how are you today innit? How many we got today innit? Have a good day innit, see you tomorrow innit.

At least he is on time every day.
