Into Home Theatre

Today, I was working on my HomeTheatre-PC and all kind of things related to it.
Like, cards that don't fit, components getting too hot, DVD's which won't play, display's not working out-of-the-box and Cases which do not fit in the stereo-furniture in the livingroom.
On this photo, you can see a power-surge protector I use to protect my components (stereo, HTPC, TV, beamer) in the livingroom from power-surges on the net, caused by lightning, or neighbours using equipment which isn't really certified, if you know what I mean... My only hope is that it will still work, even without proper grounding. (old house, so no ground-lines in all rooms)
