Tradition

Ever since I was a kid, everyone used staedtler greylead pencils, symbolised by there red and black colouring. It was the pencil that was in everyones pencil case before they progressed to writing with pen. I cant recollect ever buying one, yet they are scattered all around the house and garage. There wouldn't be too many houses in Australia that wouldn't have atleast one, hence the word "tradition" printed on the pencil, rightly so.
