Working late tonight so had to bring something to eat with me - Sushi followed by melon and grapes. I remember when I was a kid my dad taking "peeces" (sandwiches made with plain bread not pan) on cold ham or cheese and maybe some pickle to his work.

Hmmm is my meal representative of Kaizan I wonder.........
