Orange Juice Blues

I love to eat.

One of my favorite sandwiches would have to be the croque madame. Basically, a hot ham and cheese grilled sandwich topped with over-easy eggs.

However, if you want to get a little fancy with it, top it with mornay sauce (a secondary sauce derived from bechamel).

I just used gruyère cheese, black forest ham, sourdough bread, and over-easy eggs. Had a salad to go with it but I ate it before taking a picture of it.

Only if we had smell-o-vision on the internet...
