Almost Ruby Slippers......

I have seen these shoes lying in the street since last week on my way to work, it got me thinking what happened to the owner?

I wonder if the tapped their heels together 3 times...... Burwood is hardly Oz or Kansas for that matter although I have seen a few little people walking around....

But seriously how did they get there ?
