A chapter finally closed

Since we moved onto this estate our neighbour has caused us more problems than anything else - from intrusive music to threats of violence against our kids. For five years we have had to put up with and write down everything... that was until this past summer when our neighbour finally self destructed bringing this sorry chapter to an almost conclusion.

That was until today when the council finally boarded up the house signalling that it was indeed empty and that our bane had moved on. Although she would probably say it was due to her own safety (we weren't the only ones that she ticked off but that is indeed another story) she was already on her way to be evicted... too many warnings and too many broken promises.

I pity the souls who now reside in the same estate as her, although considering she needs to behave to have any chance of getting her kids back it could be some time before the inevitable happens.

Still we're happy and at the moment that is all that matters...
