I am not a Candle Stick Maker!

Today, I was passing through Leadenhall Market as part of my assignment this week for WorkSnug (check out my Blip from November 2nd for all the info on this).

There are not many fine butchers left in London - but this guy knew his stuff. I watched him for some time, skillfully taking what looked like half a cow and turn it into various cuts.

He was only too happy to pose for me when I asked him.
