Aftermath

Went to a friends for lunch today.
She served up the biggest rib of beef I'd ever set eyes on - like one of those lamb crown roasts but charolais sized!
This was all that was left after 14 adults and four kids tucked in.
It was seriously tasty, washed down with an ample sufficiency of red wine and accompanied by great conversation and friendship.
It is what winter Sundays are for.
