Stripes

After yesterday's blip with so much in it, I felt a great need to simplify today. And then when I viewed my friend islandcat's blip with all those great stripes in blue and white I was reminded how much I LOVE STRIPES. (I have on a striped shirt as I write). So, standing in my kitchen with a fresh cup of espresso, all I can see are the stripes on the counter from the still strong Seattle sunlight through the blind on the window mid afternoon. And voila, here's a simple stripey blip.

Left in the bit of red and reflection from a switchcover that I painted. The cup is Illy collection 2001, the counter is paperstone, made from recycled paper, a bit scratched.
