Earphones!

I need advice!

My lovely assistant (in disguise) is modelling my new MP3 player about which I have a question.

Why can't I get the earphones to stay in my ears regardless of using all three different sizes of rubber thingies? Is it a common problem? Should I shell out for a better set?

One of the things that attracted me to this device is that people said the earphones were good. Maybe they are but I can't get them to stay in my ears. Should I have surgery?

By the way, thanks to all of you who congratulated me yesterday. One point of explanation (that skinny twigged) the CCs stood for 200 in Roman numerals not my overall grading for my second term (despite what you might have thought).
