Morning Run

I was going to do a second kaleidoscope today and headed off hunting for a suitable base image to work with. Captured a few possibilities and with that this young lady hove into view. She ran with a really nice economical style and yet she covered the ground quickly and with seemingly no great effort. As a veteran of well over 200 road races myself, including several marathons, I was sort of glad to be in retirement now. She would have run my socks off!!
