Sublime to the exceedingly average

A bit of a comedown after my last image. Grey day and grey featureless sea didn't really inspire. I guess I could take some shots inside, maybe that should be the project for the next few days.

Anyway, late afternoon the cloud started showing a few holes and I happened to notice this one open up near the drill ship with some nice rays coming through. By the time I got my camera it was disappearing fast but I managed to get a few frames in.
