Election Results

My sister-in-law, Cathy Dahlquist, won her election for the Washington State legislature yesterday. The results for the 31st District, Position 1 were published in today's Seattle Times showing her with a significant lead over her opponent, also a Republican.

Washington holds an August Primary Election to determine the best candidates for each elected office. The top two Primary candidates, regardless of party affliation, face off again in the General Election to determine the winner.

It's been a long year haul since the campaign launch back in February and we are all very proud of our newly minted State Representative.
