Fireworks

i went to local fireworks display with my sister and her family tonight with no intention to take photos as i only had my mobile.

The fireworks started, and my little niece took fright as the first one was LOUD, so i crouched down beside her to play the "spot the colours and take her mind off being scared game"

As i did, i saw things from her perspective, the people were silhouetted by the fire works, it looks kind of eeerie... reminded me of the shot in close encounters where the ship opens and you see the shadows of the humans... or any other film that has tried to imitate that shot effect since.

So out came the phone.
