Bagged

Another rainy day. At the subway station this morning I found a gentleman sweeping up the fallen leaves and shoveling them into plastic bags. I thought they looked very artistic and colourful and I told him so. He agreed with me, and didn't find it at all strange that I wanted to photograph them. So here they are!

I might go and bag a few leaves myself this weekend - I think there might be some mileage in abstract 'leaves-in-a-bag' shots.
