Roof Restoration

The guys came to finish restoring our roof this morning. It was well overdue for a fix up. In an area where summer can bring violent storms, it pays to have a good roof over your head.

The guy in the foreground was quite beefy. I was wondering if he might not be just a bit to heavy for the roof.

Yesterday they came and cleaned the mould off all the tiles and repointed all the peaks. This morning was the paint and seal. I think it looks like a new roof.

Next thing to look at? New windows maybe. A new back door, the old one looks a bit scruffy. The house needs repainting. Our bedroom needs gutting and relining, floors and ceiling. So much to do, so little money!
