Can dogs look up?

I would have imagined my November 5th blip would involve attempts at photographing firewords, bonfires or sparklers.

But now being a dog owner, I find myself staying in so Doggins doesn't completely freak out. It turns out she's not much of a fan of loud, sporadic explosions.

On the plus side, I feel I can now answer the question that has been bothering us since Shaun of the Dead - can dogs look up?
