Supper
Sweet dumpling courge , baked in the oven, with Roquefort and creme fraiche melting in the well, where the seeds once were. Am looking forward to dipping whole baked cloves of garlic into the cheesy cream, then scooping out the flesh, which should be nuttily sweet,
The little Pomme d'or are what the children chose (for their littleness, no doubt).
The butternut are for another day - a squirreling instinct hit me at the farm this morning, and I went for broke.
The purse... well that's pretty much empty.
