Inheritance

Ollie and I have had a good long walk this morning as when we went to check the ponies I realised that the jeep had a very soft tyre. The fact that there was a wopping great nail in it was a bit of a give away! So, I coaxed it to the garage and walked home. It was such a super chilly and bright morning, with hardly a breath of wind, that it was a real joy to be out in it.

Just been out to the greenhouse to see if there was anything still flowering out there. Amazingly there is quite a lot. I am trying not to overwater them but keep them just ticking over through the winter.

This is part of a streptocarpus that was given to me by my parents. It's a pretty thing and grows really well, I've given bits of it to lots of folk over the years.

The red behind it is a pelargonium, incase you were desperate to know!
