gunpowder
Day 11
Today was Bonfire night back home in Scotchland, but given that I am currently in Texas, getting hold of some fireworks was impossible.
So we had to make do with a different kind of gunpowder and projectiles.
Guns, big guns.
We went with a family friend of the Gobles, Tim and his son Nic. They took us to the Rustic Range about 15 miles from the house and showed us how to pop some caps.
They had:
Two handguns, a 9mm and a .45
Two rifles, a smallish deer hunting rifle and a Russian WW2 snipper rifle.
One shotgun.
Enough ammo to start WW3.
I had a go with all except the shotgun as we ran out of daylight and was blown away by how much fun it was
