woodie visits again!

I've been walking round wit a big grin on my face because today is the first time a greater spotter woodpecker visited our garden.
We used to have loads of them in Naseby, had parents feeding young on our nuts, and I really missed them.

Technically the photo is very bad cos I had the wrong angle though double glazing.... but I didn't want to move.... they are such shy birds!!

Set the tripod up in a better place... hoping he comes back!
