Lights @ Night

Still totally new to the SLR scene. Have been playing around with shutter speeds this weekend. Went out to Sth Queensferry to take some water / bridge shots....Unfortunately I wasnt happy with them. On way home, I thought I would take a shot over the city bypass from Swanston. Probably a very simple effect to create but I was happy to come home with a few decent shots and a better understanding of shutter speeds.

Oh well, Sunday night - back to work tomorrow.
