CDWM - Polish Style

Another great night with the girls at the last of our CDWM style dinner parties (for this year !). Sylvia did us well with the following menu and lots of wine !!

Theme - Polish

Starter : Grated beetroot and celery salad in a cider dressing.

Main : Golubsty
( Cabbage parcels packed with minced beef, onions and rice
- served with a fresh lemon segments)

Dessert : Paczki
( Fresh baked poppy seed roll served with fresh cream)
