Vane Penguin?

To have the choice of two fine weathervanes in one day? - a bounty!

In the end the penguin won out over the rabbit, for aesthetic and potential weather predicting ability reasons.

I can only assume that a penguin, as a bird, is equipped with better weather predicting skills than a burrow dwelling furry mammal, but have no evidence whatsoever to base this on.

This particular fellow is perched aloof the outhouse of my father in law.
