Maddy was promised that, if she kept her room tidy for three months, we'd put a sofabed in the spare room and when we didn't have guests it could be a place for her and her friends to hang out.

It all got moved round over the weekend. She now just has her bed and her clothes in her bedroom and everything else in the spare room. That means her tv, computer, music an wii are all up there. Given that her bedroom is directly above the livingroom and the spare room is on the other side of the house hopefully it means more peace for us.
