rainy sunday breadmaking

ive been spending the past few days in san francisco with an old friend from college, greg. quite some time ago, we decided that baking bread is something only to be done with people you greatly enjoy spending time with. because who wants to spend all that time waiting for the dough to rise with someone you dont love. so in honor of our bread making history, we decided to spend this lazy, rainy sunday baking some bread.

its just come out of the oven, and we're patiently waiting it to cool a bit before digging in!
