Bancas at sunset
Our boot-shaped island of Negros was once populated by natives who were very skilled wooden boat ( bancas, as we call them) builders. The hull is usually carved from one tree trunk and bamboo outriggers are attached on both the port and starboard side to help in balancing when traversing the rough waves. These are fishing bancas at sunset, docked for the day, waiting for the next high tide.
Better large.
