Autumn colours
It looked as though E's jumper matched the vines well this morning, near Roquessels where we went because she wanted to buy wine to take home with her. Her last day here today, but she'll be back again at Christmas.
The light was hazy and smoky - in the distance on the right someone is burning vine trimmings or bamboo to clear a ditch. The rock on the left is the one, uncultivated since Roman times, that I mentioned the other day when I posted the view from the far side of this scene.
