Grunt & Groan

Funnily enough it was very wet outside today. This meant that my appointment with my trainer had to take place indoors using these methods of torture instead - I actually think I might prefer getting a bit wet oudoors instead!
I have some catching up to do as have failed to keep up with keeping fit due to pressure of life for a few months, so daren't cancel. Must keep at it. Groan....
