The holidays are coming..

Today has been a slight uff day.. I slept for longer thn i had planned, but still with plenty of time to hav breakfast before leaving for work. That is until I get downstairs & find my bro had 'tidied up' before he went to work. This really translates as 'hide all of Mellies stuff' (I mean, seriously, how is the most logical place for MY purse in HIS desk drawer?!). So instead of spending that half hour getting breakfast sorted then drifting to work, I was searching the house for everything i need for the day thn running to work! Got in at 0956 (for 1000 start..) to find everyone being evacuated from the building...

Still unsure if this is a bad omen or nt, but the rest of the day was pretty good.. A lot slower paced to what I'm used to! I'm sure I'l settle into it soon enough tho lol.

I was gunna take some really cool, sleek shot of piles of chocolates for todays blip to signify my new job, but i didnt want to appear too weird on my first day....so instead i hav gone with St Davids centre pre-xmas lights, with post-xmas light blip to go up after Friday..
