Coniston Water

I'm on a course all this week: Facilitation and Experiential Learning in Management Development. We were all thinking and reflecting about everything so much that it took us all afternoon to decide how to introduce ourselves. We'll probably have changed society for the better by Friday afternoon though.

The course is taking place at Ruskin's Brantwood, in the Eyrie...very highly recommended for deep thinking or just staying and drinking (I am usually better when I combine the two).

This is a quick blip out the car window on the way home...Coniston Water...and in the background you can see our first snow topping the fells, which got me all excited about Christmas already.
