The World is Just a Great big Onion
In April of this year I took some blips of these trees as I stood on the station platform. I watched as they grew and began to swell and burst open into a beautiful hand welcoming spring.
It seems only a few short weeks ago I took the first signs of autumn - the first of many leaves laying on the platform.
The station is all but bare now barring a few resilient tough leaves which have held fast despite the pounding rain and driving winds - and of course the massacre perpetrated by the tree murderer!
But as I stand here this morning in the middle of this autumnal wilderness what do I see? New buds on all the trees, six months early!
Isn't nature screwed?
