The morning after the night before!

Back on the banks of the Crinan Canal.

By the looks of the bold Miss Molly, you would think that she had not a care in the world. But last night, she ate a syringe!!!

She's on a medicine which has to be measured exactly. As Mrs jml made up their evening meals, she put the syringe inside Molly's dish just so we would know which dish was hers. Molly, can you believe it, was too quick. As soon as the dish was on the floor, and before Mrs jml could take hold of the syringe, Molly scoffed it!!!

Luckily, it is entirely plastic. No metal, no glass. But even so, you can imagine the frantic calls to the local vet. After the duty vet discussed the situation with a colleague (no doubt with some incredulity), they came to the conclusion that the best thing was to do nothing: "let Nature take its course".

We have not seen the syringe yet!
