Last Cabinet meeting of the County Council before the detail of the spending cuts are announced. Thought worthy of recording as local politics is likely to change significantly from next month!
Name plates used to identify the elected members as the meetings are public. Usually not very many public present (nor today) the future may be different!!!!!!
