I was a little lost as to what to blip today, there was a possibility of something using a ropelight (thanks Noodlepix). However when I picked the children up from after school club I found they had made super Diwali cakes...

It was only fair that we lit the candles...

Poppy got a little excited, blew her candle out and made a wish which I thought was a nice thing on a cold, miserable tuesday evening.
