Smiling in the sun.

This 'person' looks as happy as I felt to be wandering about in 18 degrees on 9 November having survived the last couple of crazy months of work. Baku has a lot of these sorts of monuments commemorating people who lived in certain buildings. This one is a national artist.. I don't know them, but loved the face. I find these 3D monuments much more interesting than the blue plaques we have in the UK.
