A little BIG Kid

My little boy. Standing up high in the skateboarding park. Feeling for a moment like a big kid. Setting himself up to ride down the hill on his scooter. Eyes big. Now huge. "Um Mommy, I'm going to walk my scooter down".

He just wanted to see what it would feel like to stand up so high in the middle of the skate park. A moment to dream. A confidence builder. Wishing he could ride up and down the walls of this park. Knowing that someday, he probably will.

A little boy feeling inspired. Understanding what it is that truly makes him happy. A little bit of speed on his scooter with the wind in his face and a smile from ear to ear......that is just one of the many things that makes him happy.

This is a photograph that he will treasure when he is older. Because I know that he will be able to tackle challenges throughout his life and feel triumphant. A special little boy he is!
