holiday day 6

back-blipped

The last full day of our holiday. The weather was at its absolute worst. We had planned to do a walk around Ambleside but we just had a quick dash around the shops (some lovely shops!) and had lunch in Lucy's (which was amazing). A really enjoyable day despite the weather and us being literally soaked to the skin. Babybean loved the attention in Lucy's and was scaring people with her new deep voice noise.

This photo shows her in her new favourite play position - on her knees. She still hasn't got the hang of crawling but likes to be on her knees and sometimes even pulls herself up to standing (we have to watch out for that one!).

Our fire was the best yet this evening, seemed a shame to let it die out and go to bed.
