Crab at Castle Terrace Restaurant
I was lucky enough to be treated to lunch at Castle Terrace Restaurant today. Owned by Tom Kitchin with Dominic Jack at the helm, it is the new favourite of many Edinburgh diners.
This is "freshly picked brown crab from Fingal's Cave, served with hazelnut (toasted), apple and Liliiput capers".
It was all delicious but the flavours were not quite as distinct as I'd have hoped.
